For the blueberry jam:
2 cups (300g) fresh blueberries
1 cup (200g) caster/white sugar
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp Certo liquid pectin
For the ice cream:
2 cups (480ml) double/heavy cream
14 oz (397g) can of condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
